Former Chelsea Boss Thomas Tuchel has been appointed as the manager of this shocking national team
The media asked Thomas Tuchel right away about his allegiances after he was named England’s next regular head coach.
At a news meeting on Wednesday afternoon, Tuchel, who used to be the manager of Chelsea, was officially named Gareth Southgate’s replacement.
He takes over as England’s third foreign boss, following Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello.
Gary Neville, who used to play for England, said, “I do think we are hurting ourselves by admitting that Thomas Tuchel is better. He is better than all of the other English leaders.” But English coaches Eddie Howe at Newcastle and Graham Potter have been in charge of teams at the top of the league. If they had hired English teachers, I do believe they would have been great.
Some people asked Tuchel if he was the right person for the job and if he would sing “God Save the King” in his first England game.
In response, he said, “I got it from Mark Bullingham that it is a personal choice.” It is not clear what I will do yet. The English song is very moving. I heard it at the FA Cup finals here in England.

When England fans heard Tuchel’s answer, they spoke out quickly. Many chose to support the former Chelsea boss.
One angry fan wrote on X, “Typical that a reporter asked Tuchel if he would sing the national anthem.”
