Manchester City Goal keeper Ederson has left Manchester City this Evening to Join this Shocking Club after the Signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma to City

Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future at Paris Saint-Germain appears to be uncertain after he was excluded from the Uefa Super Cup final squad against Tottenham, following the club’s signing of Lucas Chevalier from Lille. This development has sparked speculation about Donnarumma’s potential departure, with Manchester City reportedly being in talks with the Italian goalkeeper.

According to sources close to Manchester City, the club hasn’t entirely ruled out signing Donnarumma, particularly if their current first-choice goalkeeper Ederson were to leave. Sources at PSG also believe that Donnarumma’s eventual destination might be Manchester City.

The European champions had offered Donnarumma a new contract this summer, but head coach Luis Enrique has since expressed his desire for a “different profile” of goalkeeper. Donnarumma’s agent, Enzo Raiola, claims that the goalkeeper offered to take a salary cut to stay at PSG, but the club disputes this, stating that the proposed salary would have made him one of the highest-paid goalkeepers globally.

Both parties now hope to resolve the situation through a transfer, which would allow PSG to recoup some of the costs associated with Donnarumma’s initial free transfer four years ago.

Meanwhile, Ederson’s future at Manchester City remains uncertain, with reports suggesting that he might be tempted to leave if the club receives a suitable offer. Despite being linked to Galatasaray, City sources have emphasized their desire for Ederson to stay. However, with James Trafford and Marcus Bettinelli joining the squad this summer, the competition for the goalkeeper position is fierce, and Stefan Ortega’s departure from the club seems imminent.

If Ederson were to leave, Manchester City might need to sign a new goalkeeper, potentially paving the way for Donnarumma’s arrival. Although there has been no direct contact between Donnarumma and Manchester City, the situation may evolve in the coming weeks.
