Liverpool has faced numerous injury challenges this season, and the trend persists even with loaned players. Owen Beck is poised to make his way back to Merseyside from Dundee due to a groin injury that could keep him sidelined until late April.

Dundee’s manager, Tony Docherty, stated, “Owen is looking at a recovery period of four to six weeks due to his groin injury. Liverpool, his parent club, will oversee his treatment, ensuring he gets top-notch care.”

This isn’t Beck’s first return to Liverpool from Dundee this season; he was previously called back in January due to a left-back injury crisis at Anfield. Despite the setback, his loan hasn’t been terminated, and there’s optimism he can recover in time for the Scottish Premiership’s post-split matches.

  • Beck, 21, had been enjoying a consistent run of appearances at Dens Park, a departure from his previous loan spells at Famalicao and Bolton. With access to Liverpool’s advanced medical facilities, his recovery process is expected to be accelerated, allowing him to get back on track for Dundee’s campaign before the season ends.
