Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez has been linked to a summer move to Chelsea.
Alvarez has been Erling Haaland’s second fiddle at Man City. But now there are reports that he wishes to go.
Several reports claim that Chelsea is showing a great deal of interest in Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez. The Blues want to search for a new striker this summer.
According to reports, the World Cup champion is worth at least €80 million, and a move won’t happen until the player asks for it.
In an interview with ESPN, Alvarez did not say whether or not that will occur.
Alvarez stated, “These are things that have been spoken, but I am cool; I am at ease and pleased at City; we will see what happens.”
The 24-year-old Alvarez scored 11 goals in the Premier League out of his 19 goals in all competitions.
