According to reports from Football Insider, Mohamed Salah is seeking a new three-year contract extension with Liverpool.

Currently in the final year of his existing deal, the Egyptian star doesn’t seem to be causing any alarm for the club, as Liverpool remains confident about securing his future.

Salah, who has scored five Premier League goals this season under the guidance of manager Arne Slot, played a pivotal role in their recent 2-1 victory over Chelsea. He hopes to extend his stay at Anfield until 2027.

Despite rumors linking Salah to possible moves to the Saudi Pro League and MLS team San Diego, Liverpool believes he is dedicated to remaining with the club.

His performances under Slot have been outstanding, helping to lift Liverpool to the top of the Premier League standings, ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal.

Liverpool’s strong start, with ten victories in their first eleven matches, represents a club record and highlights the positive influence of Slot in his debut season.

Though clubs from Saudi Arabia are actively pursuing Salah, aiming to lure him alongside stars like Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo, the forward continues to shine for Liverpool.

This season, Salah has tallied seven goals and six assists in 11 appearances across all competitions, proving that he is still in top form at 32.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has voiced his belief that Salah will agree to a contract renewal, cementing his status as one of the Premier League’s all-time greats.

The club is also hopeful of reaching a new deal with defender Virgil Van Dijk, with discussions re
