It’s over for us, HUGE BLOW but Liverpool as Arne Slot has stated that Trent Arnold has suffered a HUGE injury damage after critically damaging his ankle in their last match against Aston Villa. The player, along with Robertson, is expected to miss Liverpool match against Real Madrid and Manchester City 💔😱

Liverpool’s right-back, Trent Alexander-Arnold, is reportedly set to be sidelined for several weeks due to a hamstring injury. The defender exited the game against Aston Villa early, which may have prevented the injury from becoming more severe. According to Paul Joyce on X (formerly known as Twitter), Alexander-Arnold could still be available for upcoming critical matches against Southampton, Real Madrid, and Manchester City.

Hamstring injuries typically require ample recovery time, so Liverpool will need to assess his condition closely before determining if he can return to full fitness for these games.

Under new manager Arne Slot, Liverpool has made a strong start to the season, leading the Premier League by five points and performing well in the Champions League. Injuries have been relatively few, though they’ve occasionally felt the absence of goalkeeper Alisson.

In contrast, Manchester City faces a more challenging injury list with Rodri out for an extended period, while Arsenal has coped with the absence of Martin Odegaard, as well as setbacks for players like Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, Jurrien Timber, and Riccardo Calafiori.

At 26, Alexander-Arnold is considered one of the world’s leading right-backs, and Liverpool has limited options to replace his unique skill set in the

lineup.
