Former Chelsea manager Graham Potter is set to become the manager of one of the biggest Premier League clubs

Under Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a former Premier League manager might be an option for Manchester United. If Sir Jim Ratcliffe decides to break ways with Erik ten Hag, Manchester United may consider Graham Potter, a former manager of Chelsea and Brighton.

Ratcliffe could join the Red Devils shortly as he looks to buy 25% of the organization, and it’s possible that he’ll want to make significant changes at Old Trafford.

The Sun reports that Ratcliffe may consider Potter as a replacement for Erik ten Hag, who hasn’t exactly impressed as Man Utd boss thus far.

According to the article, important individuals close to Ratcliffe also desired Potter to join Nice, although it is uncertain whether United will take that risk.

Potter was incredibly effective at Brighton, but he suffered miserably at Chelsea, and it may be difficult to imagine him getting another big six post anytime soon.

If United were to fire Ten Hag, there might be better candidates available to give the team a true upgrade.
