Kylian Mbappe’s mother has confirmed her son is on the verge of joining this Premier League club
The French forward is nearing the end of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, and a new deal has not yet been agreed upon by the two sides.
There is a new aspect that can affect Mbappe’s future intentions, with Real Madrid being the team most likely to sign him if he leaves the French team.
Football Espana has reported that the 25-year-old’s mother, Fayza Lamari, has been listed as his agent once more.
Before being relieved of her duties, Lamari served as Kylian’s representative as well as that of his brother Ethan.
The reason Mbappe’s mother isn’t a spy
Goal has reported that a recently suggested FIFA regulation states that only authorised agents may discuss contracts and transactions. Lamari cannot formally represent someone because she is not a licenced agent.
Since then, FIFA has suspended the regulation, and Lamari has been allowed to reapply to represent her kid.
Mbappe’s prospects are uncertain.
Now that Mbappe’s contract is about to expire, he may formally begin talks with other teams.
He will be courted to move to Spain by Los Blancos first, but PSG won’t give up easily.
According to Get Football News France, the Ligue 1 winners are hopeful that he will continue on with the team longer.
The agent for Real Madrid defender Ferland Mendy, Yvan Le Mee, recently criticised Kylian Mbappe’s mother, Fayza Lamari.
Le Mee questioned Lamari’s capacity to represent her football-playing boys, Kylian and Ethan, as an agent, pointing out that she lacked expertise and a licence.
According to Sports Brief, Mendy’s agency made it clear that she didn’t have the authority to serve as an agent for her sons and that she lacked the “capacity to act” in that role.
