VERY SAD Pep Guardiola News has been announced this Morning, following FA 115 FA Charges and he will be tipped of his Job as Manager
Guillem Balague claims that Pep Guardiola will finish his two years at Manchester City and then step down from club management.
By the time his current deal expires, the Catalan will have led Manchester for nine seasons after taking over the Etihad team in 2016. Prior to that, he managed Barcelona and Bayern Munich, missing exactly one season of work since taking over at the Nou Camp in 2008.
Guardiola has revolutionised the game and experienced enormous success. If he were to become available, his skills would be in high demand. However, Balague thinks that by 2025, the Catalans would decide “that’s it” and abandon the day-to-day demands of administration.
He entered management at an early age, and he will only be 54 when his City contract expires. Balague thinks Guardiola will then enter the much less rigorous field of international management. The Spaniard stated that his most likely destination was England.
The Catalan has collaborated with a number of the current Three Lions players, including Kyle Walker, John Stones, and Phil Foden. Declared Balague on CBS Sports: “He’s improved the players, he’s dealt with the players.”
Balague’s statement confirms what Guardiola has said before, even though he may have stayed at City longer than he and many others believed given that the team is still at the top of its game. Despite his desire to seek international trophies, he guided them to the treble last term.
Guardiola previously stated, “If the opportunity presents itself, the next step will be a national team.” “After seven years (at Manchester City), I have to take a break.” I should pause, observe, pick up tips from other instructors, and then consider going down that route. A World Cup, a Copa America, or a European Championship is what I would like to coach.
After the European Championships this summer, which would be his fourth attempt at an international competition, Gareth Southgate is expected to step down as England’s manager. Although the schedules conflict, the FA would undoubtedly be interested in having Guardiola accessible.

In addition, if the Dutch position becomes available, the Catalan is probably going to be associated with it. Guardiola learned his ideology from the legendary Johan Cruyff of Holland, who coached him while he was a player at Barcelona. The Netherlands, who have only ever won one competition, are another nation devoid of success.
