Liverpool Manager Jürgen Klopp broke down in tears as another Key Liverpool player Who was supposed to be the main man Against Chelsea goes off injured during Afcon game. Goodnews for Chelsea fans as Thier main man is Out
Jurgen Klopp revealed on Sunday that Salah will return to the UK for treatment but assured that the striker will be able to play again at AFCON if he recovers and Egypt are still in the tournament.
However, by stating that the Liverpool attacker will be sidelined for “21-28 days,” Salah’s agent has all but eliminated Salah from the rest of AFCON.
Salah’s agent, Ramy Abbas, stated in a Monday night post on X that Mohammed’s injury is more serious than initially believed and that he will miss 21–28 days rather than just two games.
“He has the best chance of playing in the current AFCON by recovering fully in the UK and then joining the team as soon as he’s fit.”

Speaking following Liverpool’s 4-0 victory over Bournemouth on Sunday, Klopp initially disclosed that Salah will return to the team to receive medical attention.
“That’s the plan; I’m not sure if it’s been decided upon 100% yet, but that’s the plan,” Klopp remarked
It makes logical that he completes his rehabilitation with us or our people—that is the plan—however long he is out. I believe that everyone realises this. I’m not sure if that’s already set in stone.
“Yes, right after, but since the night it happened he’s in contact with our doctor and the doc tells me the news,” Klopp said in response to a question about whether he had spoken to Salah. I believe he will return.
If Egypt advances in the competition, would Salah be permitted to return to the Africa Cup of Nations? Klopp responded, “I’m not a doctor, but if he’s fit before, if Egypt qualify for the final and he’s fit before the final, probably yes.” It’s obvious why that’s the tournament.
However, it currently concerns Ivory Coast. is undoubtedly a beautiful nation, but it’s certainly better for the players now that we don’t have any relatives there, and their people must look after the players.
