Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola’s emotionally broke down In tears this evening in Man City Vs Aston Villa after Man City’s 115 FFP charges

After a difficult run of results, Pep Guardiola utilized Manchester City’s 115 charges from the Premier League to instill a siege mindset in his team.

A new behind-the-scenes documentary on City shows how the players responded in the dressing room when they learned that the club was facing 115 charges of financial fair play violations by the Premier League.

In the documentary, Guardiola tries to change City’s performance at the beginning of 2023 and raises doubts about their ambition to repeat as Premier League winners.

Following a difficult period in January and February, City moved into overdrive and quickly achieved a historic treble.

Additionally, the video covers a pivotal moment when Guardiola made a crucial pre-game adjustment to take advantage of the Premier League charges before the team’s victory over Aston Villa, which was the first game following the charges’ announcement. The documentary sheds little fresh insight on City’s position.

They reiterated the statement they had released at the time, saying they welcomed an impartial assessment of the evidence to clear their name.

They then played a video of Guardiola’s belligerent press conference a few days later, in which he vowed to continue as manager. But before the Villa match, Guardiola had his entire team and backroom personnel form a circle around him in the dressing room before kickoff, offering some insight into the locker room.

After a run of games in which the manager had chastised his players for their attitude, City had recently lost to Tottenham. Guardiola now showed his devotion for the team and instructed his players to conduct a pre-game huddle on the field before delivering a rallying cry in light of the Premier League charges. “I must speak with you. Come on in,” he said. “First, we have to be united before the referee starts the game for every single game going forward, starting today. In the center circle, near the opponents and referee, you give each other hugs. And someone, nameless, begins to speak one, two, three, and declare in the eyes that we will win every game, or at least we will make an effort.

“Secondly, this club is amazing. Keep the reason from me. They were very helpful during the difficult times. I want my fighters. Guys, you are going to be there for me always. My pals and I want to fight this Premier League.

More than ever, I want to battle in this Premier League. Assailate and protect every individual. All of our victories, folks, have always occurred on the field. I adore the club. I also adore you. Come on, let’s go.”

After winning 14 of the next 15 league games, City did not lose again until they became the league champions. Pre-game meetings persisted all through the season and into the current one. City insists they are innocent of the accusations.
