Former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been appointed as the manager of this shocking Premier League Club after being sacked by Roma

This weekend, Jose Mourinho will make his way back to England to serve as a pundit for TNT Sports’ coverage of the Champions League final.

The Serie A powerhouse AS Roma fired the former manager of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur in January, and he hasn’t had a full-time job in football since. The Portuguese’s relationship with the club degenerated, and at the start of the season, the decision was taken to split ways, even though he led the team to the UEFA Conference League in the 2021/22 season.

Mourinho has been active in Saudi Arabia ever then, and many teams there are rumored to be interested in hiring him. The 61-year-old has stated that he would like to work in the Middle East someday.

However, Mourinho hasn’t completely ruled out going back to the Premier League. The seasoned manager would “walk to Manchester,” according to our colleagues at the Manchester Evening News, if it meant he could return to leadership at Manchester United.

There have also been rumors that Chelsea wants to hire Mourinho back for a third term, although they appear implausible. The two-time Champions League champion will, however, undoubtedly offer his knowledgeable insight to English spectators this weekend at Wembley Stadium.

On Saturday night, Real Madrid, the previous team of Mourinho, will play Borussia Dortmund. As heavy favorites to win a record-breaking 15th Champions League, Los Blancos go into the match.
