Manchester United New owner Ratcliffe has this morning dismissed 8 Manchester United flop players to begin his rebuild amidst next season treble pursuit and they have permanently left the club today today. ❌️ But Manchester United might regret letting this particular player go because he has been a lucky charm for us last season 💔😱

As Manchester United moves forward from a challenging season, INEOS has already started planning for a major team revamp during the summer transfer window. Led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, INEOS recognizes the need for significant changes within United’s squad but must navigate the constraints of a limited transfer budget.

Due to the high costs of potential targets like Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite and Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise, United needs to generate funds through player sales. According to Football Insider, Casemiro and Antony are among the first players being considered for sale.

Antony’s potential exit has been discussed, mainly because of his lackluster performance last season. Struggling to secure a regular spot in Erik ten Hag’s lineup, Antony’s performances have often been underwhelming. Matches like the 4-0 loss to Crystal Palace and the 4-2 win over Sheffield United failed to highlight his skills. Although he has shown effort in regaining possession, selling Antony after his €95 million purchase two years ago would result in a significant financial loss.

In contrast, Casemiro’s departure seems more plausible. Reports suggest that Saudi club Al Nassr is interested in the Brazilian midfielder. Despite this interest, a deal close to €90 to €100 million is unlikely, and United would probably accept a much lower offer. Casemiro’s farewell to his teammates after the FA Cup win and his new roles at Marbella FC indicate that he is planning for life beyond playing.

Selling both Antony and Casemiro would provide Manchester United with significant financial relief, allowing the club to pursue important summer signings and rejuvenate the squad. This strategy aligns with INEOS’s vision for a comprehensive rebuild to restore Manchester United’s former glory. By freeing up funds through player sales, United can address key areas needing reinforcement and create a more balanced and competitive team for the upcoming seasons.

INEOS’s plan involves a detailed evaluation of the squad to determine which players can be sold to maximize the club’s financial resources. This careful planning is essential as United aims to rebuild its squad within budget constraints. The potential sales of high-profile players like Antony and Casemiro mark the beginning of this process, underscoring the club’s commitment to a strategic and deliberate approach to squad management.

As the summer transfer window approaches, Manchester United fans are keenly anticipating the changes that will shape the team’s future. The expected transformations reflect the club’s determination to overcome the past season’s difficulties and build a squad capable of competing at the highest levels. The combination of strategic sales and targeted acquisitions is set to revitalize the team, laying the foundation for renewed success in the coming years.
