“We are here to dominate football with Manchester United and we will do everything to get to that level. I personally wanted these coaches because they are the only ones that can be able to help me save my job”-Van Nistelrooy who is doing well and have also won a league and Rene Hake. No player will be able to mess up this time”- Erik Ten Hag has revealed why he appointed Van Nistelrooy and Rene Hake as Man United plan to add Go Ahead Eagles manager(Rene Hake) and Feyenoord Manager(Rud Van Nistelrooy) to new coaching staff for next season. Hake and Ruud van Nistelrooy are expected to be new additions to Erik ten Hag’s staffs

Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren have been serving as co-assistant managers at Manchester United, while Benni McCarthy joined as the forwards coach shortly after Van der Gaag’s appointment in 2022. However, a recent report by Fabrizio Romano suggests that Ruud van Nistelrooy and Rene Hake are expected to join the club soon, raising questions about the future of the current coaching staff.

Steve McClaren, who previously served as an assistant to Sir Alex Ferguson, might see changes in his role, according to The Athletic. McClaren has a strong connection with Sir Dave Brailsford, the Director of Sport at INEOS.

It has also been confirmed that Benni McCarthy will leave the club when his contract expires later this month.

The situation with Mitchell van der Gaag is particularly noteworthy. Having followed Erik ten Hag from Ajax, he has formed a close bond with the United manager. Reports suggest that the new appointments could prompt Van der Gaag to depart, seeing it as an opportune time to pursue his own managerial career, which he has been linked to over the past season.

The anticipated arrival of Ruud van Nistelrooy and Rene Hake as part of the coaching staff indicates a restructuring under Erik ten Hag. These changes, along with Benni McCarthy’s departure and Van der Gaag’s uncertain future, signify a shift in the dynamics of Manchester United’s coaching team. Van der Gaag’s potential exit appears motivated by his desire to manage independently.

Overall, these developments suggest a period of transition and adjustment for Manchester United’s coaching staff as they navigate new arrivals and potential departures under Erik ten Hag’s leadership.
