Gutierrez’s contract with Girona runs until 2027, and he earns approximately £280,000 per year. Importantly, Real Madrid has a buy-back clause for Gutierrez this summer, valued at 8 million euros, as per Cadena Ser. The Express reports that Real Madrid intends to activate this clause but has already arranged to sell Gutierrez to Manchester United for £34 million.
