it’s has been confirmed this evening that Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is interested in signing £25m Man City for his first summer signing

Now, Jose Mourinho desires to earn £25 million. Man City star is his most notable summer addition
According to reports, Jose Mourinho hopes to recruit one Manchester City player this summer, but the team is willing to sell.

At the Etihad Stadium, the summer has been quiet thus far, with only one player joining and several young and periphery players leaving.

The Saudi Pro League is reportedly interested in Ederson and Kevin De Bruyne, among other players.

But Mateo Kovacic, a player Fenerbahce is interested in, is another who may be leaving this summer.

Man City is willing to trade Mateo Kovacic, as Jose Mourinho and Fenerbache are interested.

The Sun (28/07, p. 57) has stated that Jose Mourinho, who took over as manager of Fenerbahce earlier this summer, is interested in Mateo Kovacic.

The Croatian international is reportedly the Portuguese’s “marquee” summer signing target.

It seems that City would consider selling Kovacic for an offer of £25 million, which is the price at which the team first acquired him from Chelsea.

The reason he is at the top of Mourinho’s list is that, despite Kovacic having joined three different Mourinho teams, he has never really played for him.

He has worked for Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Inter, although Mourinho departed each time before Kovacic did.

It would be wise for City to consider offers for Kovacic.

He did not particularly wow fans in his first season at City, despite having a respectable debut. Perhaps a sale might be explored if Fenerbahce did come in and offer what City first paid.

And if Kovacic—who Jack Grealish called “an fantastic player” the previous season—did depart, it may pave the way for Matheus Nunes to take on a somewhat larger role at the Etihad.

In his debut season with the team, Nunes struggled to get playing time since Pep Guardiola clearly preferred Kovacic. Although there is a gifted player there, they haven’t been consistent. But maybe he would have more chances to gain momentum if Kovacic had departed.
