So he’s finally leaving 😳😳 He played quite well during this pre Premier League season run 😳👏 It’s painful that he has to leave

Manchester United have officially completed the sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham United and are now awaiting final confirmation on the transfers of Bayern Munich’s Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt.

Wan-Bissaka, a 26-year-old right-back, has moved to West Ham for a fee of £15 million. Since joining Manchester United from Crystal Palace in 2019, he has been a key part of their defense, making 190 appearances across all competitions, scoring two goals, and providing 13 assists. His tenure at Old Trafford also included victories in the League Cup and FA Cup.

With Wan-Bissaka’s departure, Manchester United is set to revamp their squad, with manager Erik ten Hag planning to introduce fresh talent. Noussair Mazraoui, a former Ajax right-back, is expected to step into the role vacated by Wan-Bissaka. United is also set to finalize a deal for Matthijs de Ligt, with both transfers reportedly costing around £51.5 million, including potential add-ons.

Wan-Bissaka has signed a seven-year contract with West Ham and leaves Manchester United on good terms, with many of his former teammates wishing him well. Jadon Sancho, who recently reconciled with Ten Hag, was one of the first to respond to Wan-Bissaka’s Instagram post, offering a heartfelt message of support. Other Manchester United players, including Mason Mount, Bruno Fernandes, and former teammates like David De Gea, Eric Bailly, Kobbie Mainoo, and Donny van de Beek, also expressed their best wishes.

In his social media farewell, Wan-Bissaka thanked Manchester United, the club’s fans, and his supporters for helping him achieve many of his dreams while at the club.

Wan-Bissaka’s exit marks the end of a significant chapter in his career, as he played an essential role in Manchester United’s defense since his move from Crystal Palace in 2019. Now, his transfer to West Ham opens a new phase in his professional journey.

Meanwhile, Manchester United’s strategy under Erik ten Hag is becoming more defined as the club works to secure the signings of Mazraoui and de Ligt. These acquisitions align with Ten Hag’s vision to reinforce the squad and bolster the team’s competitiveness.
