VERY SAD Raheem Sterling news has been announced this evening before the International international BREAK and this may be the end of his career
Raheem Sterling, a Chelsea misfit, has received advice from Gary Neville not to join with Manchester United or Arsenal.
The former Manchester City player has received multiple messages from Chelsea’s new boss indicating that he is surplus to requirements and would be better off seeking a new club before the transfer market ends.
Although Neville thinks the 29-year-old will need to work hard to get first team opportunities at both Old Trafford and the Emirates, Arsenal and Manchester United have surfaced as candidates to recruit him.
I adore Raheem Sterling, obviously, and I worked very closely with him while I was there. However, given their roster, I am not exactly sure why Manchester United would currently view it as a business.
They must make an effort to bring out the best in the talent they have. They have players who play in such regions in Amad, Antony, Rashford, and Garnacho.
Raheem Sterling is not, in my opinion, a necessary addition for Manchester United right now, but if they were losing trust in one or more of those guys, they may sign him. They need their four players to find their form and start contributing.
Neville said, “Arsenal have Jesus, Trossard, and Martinelli who can play on that left side you have got Saka on the other side who is so reliable and ever-present.” This was in reference to the possibility that Sterling may revive his career at title-chasing Arsenal.
It does not stick out or seem to make sense. I understand Chelsea’s desire for him to go, and their desperation to do so will be evident given the events of the past two weeks.
