Former Manchester City star wants to join Liverpool and is set to replace Mo Salah at Liverpool as Salah is set to leave in the final days 💔 This came out of nowhere! 😳

The 2024/25 season might be Mohamed Salah’s last at Liverpool, as the club could look to Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sane as a potential replacement in the following summer.

Salah’s contract with Liverpool is set to expire in 2025, fueling speculation about his future. Many expect that the 32-year-old will head to Saudi Arabia in 2025, especially after Al-Ittihad made a £150 million offer for him in 2023. However, the Saudi club did not pursue him this summer, possibly waiting to sign him for free.

To strengthen their options on the right wing, Liverpool acquired Federico Chiesa from Juventus in the most recent transfer window. However, if Salah departs, they might shift their focus to Sane.

Reports from Todofichajes suggest that the German winger has caught Liverpool’s attention. Sane’s contract with Bayern Munich also ends in 2025, and he seems unlikely to extend his stay with the German club.

While Bayern Munich is expected to propose a new deal to Sane this season, the winger is reportedly interested in a move to Liverpool, aiming for a Premier League return after his time at Manchester City.

During his four years at Manchester City, Sane made 135 appearances, scored 39 goals, and contributed 43 assists.

If Liverpool decides to pursue Sane next summer, they could face competition from Saudi clubs offering higher wages. Although Sane is said to prefer remaining in Europe for now, lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia could influence his final decision.
