Cristiano Ronaldo tipped to make sensational Man Utd return by former teammate as Al Nassr ‘ignore’ star’s Zinedine Zidane plea Ronaldo’s time at Old Trafford looked over. A friend has dropped the biggest bombshell of all! 🤯

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly being considered for a potential third stint at Manchester United.

The 39-year-old parted ways with the club in 2022 after a well-publicized conflict with manager Erik ten Hag. Since then, he has been playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, with his current contract running until 2025.

The five-time Ballon d’Or recipient has expressed his desire to continue playing until he reaches 1,000 career goals. According to a former teammate, if Manchester United were to approach him, Ronaldo might struggle to refuse.

Wes Brown recently shared his thoughts, stating, “You can never entirely rule out Ronaldo making a return to Manchester United. His second exit was disappointing, considering he’s one of the club’s legends. A comeback could offer a chance for closure.”

Brown also highlighted Ronaldo’s performance during his first season back at United, where he scored over 20 goals. “His departure felt unnecessary, but I’d love to see him back in some capacity,” he added.

Ronaldo has openly voiced his displeasure with Manchester United, particularly after their eighth-place Premier League finish last season. Meanwhile, Al-Nassr recently parted ways with coach Luis Castro, and Ronaldo is reportedly hoping for a reunion with a familiar face.

Rumors suggest that Ronaldo recommended Zinedine Zidane, his former Real Madrid manager, as a potential replacement, but the club swiftly dismissed the proposal.
