Liverpool star Trent Alexander Arnold has today confirmed the purchase of European club for a whooping sum. This came out of nowhere! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ I can’t believe he pulled this off ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ

According to a recent report, Trent Alexander-Arnold is showing interest in acquiring FC Nantes, a move that has caught many by surprise.

The French sports newspaper *Lโ€™Equipe* claims that Alexander-Arnold’s father, Michael Arnold, is leading the effort through a London-based investment company.

The report further reveals that the potential deal is valued at ยฃ83.8 million, following earlier discussions between Michael Arnold and the club’s current owner, Waldemar Kita, last summer.

Despite these claims, FC Nantes has reportedly denied any ongoing negotiations with the Liverpool defender.

Could Alexander-Arnold truly become the owner of a Ligue 1 team?

If the French reports hold true, it seems like a possibility. Waldemar Kita, who reportedly has a strained relationship with the clubโ€™s fans, is said to be open to selling, and there is strong financial backing behind the offer.

Given Alexander-Arnold’s previous investment in Alpine’s Formula 1 team, itโ€™s not entirely shocking to see him exploring new business ventures. Still, the idea of him balancing life as a footballer and a club owner seems quite unconventional!
