**Seven Players Could Miss Manchester United vs Tottenham Premier League Clash Due to Injuries**
Both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are facing injury setbacks that could affect their squads in the upcoming Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.
Manchester United, hoping to bounce back from a string of recent draws, will face Spurs after recording two consecutive stalemates in all competitions, including a Europa League draw with FC Twente.
Their goalless draw against Crystal Palace last weekend left United in 11th place with seven points from five matches. A win against Tottenham could see them climb to 8th place, narrowing the gap to the top four to just three points.
Injuries have been a major issue for United this season, with players like Leny Yoro and Victor Lindelof yet to make an appearance. Yoro fractured his metatarsal during pre-season, and his recovery is expected to last until November. Lindelof, who has been dealing with a toe injury, has recently returned to training and may feature against Spurs.
Tyrell Malacia is also nearing a comeback after being out for more than a year with a knee injury, having last played in May 2023. He is expected to be ready for action next month. Additionally, Luke Shaw, sidelined with a calf injury sustained in pre-season, is targeting a return after the October international break.
Tottenham, on the other hand, has injury concerns of their own, particularly with captain Heung-Min Son, who is doubtful after being substituted in the second half of their Europa League win against Qarabag. Spurs will also be without Richarlison, who is yet to feature this season due to an injury sustained in the summer, and Wilson Odobert, who has missed the last two matches due to a hamstring problem.
