🚨 TEN HAG REPLACEMENT BECOMES CLEARS 🚨 Man United officials have already lined up their replacement, he’s Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s number one choice… 👀 Man Utd ‘already know their top target’ to replace Erik ten Hag and Sir Jim Ratcliffe is a big fan

Manchester United officials have reportedly identified their top choice to replace Erik ten Hag if his tenure ends, following the 3-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur.

The defeat at Old Trafford marked a low point in Ten Hag’s time with the club, prompting speculation about his future. Potential successors, including Gareth Southgate and Ruud van Nistelrooy, have been suggested in discussions.

If the club decides to move on from Ten Hag, sources claim that United has already pinpointed their preferred managerial target. Prior to the season, new owners INEOS held discussions with several prominent managers, considering changes after United’s disappointing eighth-place finish in the previous Premier League season, their worst since the league began in 1992.

One of the top candidates was former Chelsea and Bayern Munich boss, Thomas Tuchel. A report from July by The Daily Mail indicated that Tuchel was the frontrunner for the job if Ten Hag were dismissed.

While Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his team ultimately decided to stick with Ten Hag, they were reportedly impressed with Tuchel’s vision for the club’s future. However, Tuchel had expressed a desire for a break from football following his challenging stint at Bayern, which initially ruled him out of the role.

Now, nearly three months later, the situation appears to have evolved, and United may reconsider Tuchel as a potential replacement for Ten Hag following the recent defeat to Spurs.

Despite the rumors, Ten Hag remains unfazed about his job, stating in an interview that he and the club’s management are aligned in their goals. “No, I’m not worried about this. We all made the decision to continue together this summer,” he affirmed, stressing the unified approach between the club’s ownership, management, and players.
