Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, has provided an explanation for Marcus Rashford’s substitution during the half of Thursday’s Europa League match against FC Porto.
Rashford, who has had trouble playing lately, gave United the early lead after some excellent wing movement.

He said to TNT Sports, “We have to rotate.” “We intended to start Garnacho. We must engage in Garnacho. We are heading to [Aston] Villa shortly. On Sunday, we want new players to take the field.
Next, the reporter inquired as to whether Rashford was able to play longer at the Estadio do Dragao. Ten Hag said, “We have to play Garnacho.”
We go swiftly, making our way to Villa in no time. We want new guys on the field on Sunday because they have a longer day and we have an away game.”
Many supporters quickly reacted to Ten Hag’s remarks on social media, especially considering how wonderfully Rashford was playing.
“Marcus Rashford was the most dangerous player on the field, and Porto were tapping out when he got the ball,” a supporter commented. and Erik ten Hag removed him due to a previously decided rotational choice! Amazing!”
