Heartbreaking News for Man Utd as they could be without five star players against the clash with Liverpool tomorrow following red card confusion and illness outbreak Advantage Liverpool cause Liverpool is going to destroy them 😎

Manchester United is set to regain Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte from suspension as they gear up for a highly anticipated showdown against Liverpool at Anfield.

Despite this boost, manager Ruben Amorim might still face significant challenges with up to five players potentially unavailable for selection.

In his pre-match press conference, Amorim shared updates on Marcus Rashford, who remains doubtful due to illness. “He’s still unwell and hasn’t been training,” Amorim explained. “As things stand, it’s unlikely he’ll be available this week.” Rashford’s absence extends his streak of missed matches to five, having also been an unused substitute in the recent 2-0 defeat to Newcastle.

In addition, Mason Mount, Luke Shaw, and Victor Lindelof are confirmed absentees, all sidelined by injuries. Both Mount and Shaw have endured recurring setbacks in their attempts to return to full fitness.

Jonny Evans, who missed the Newcastle clash for undisclosed reasons, has been included in the squad update, hinting at a possible return for the Liverpool game.

Meanwhile, Fernandes, who was shown a red card against Wolverhampton Wanderers, is eligible to play after serving a one-match suspension. His earlier red card against Tottenham had been overturned.

Ugarte is also back in contention after sitting out the Newcastle match due to an accumulation of five yellow cards in the Prem

ier League.
