Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has made a shocking return to join this Premier League Club for a Two years contract

After departing Old Trafford last year, former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has made a decision about his playing career.
After leaving the Premier League team as a free agent, the Spanish goalkeeper took a year off from football. After Andre Onana replaced him and the team let him go, de Gea took a year off from football to consider his options.
After paying €25 million to join United from Atletico Madrid in 2011, the 33-year-old stayed for 12 years. De Gea enjoyed a fantastic run of play while he was a member of the team, setting United’s clean sheet record with 190 clean sheets in 545 games, or an amazing 35% clean sheet rate.
This outstanding feat enabled the team to win two Carabao Cup crowns, three Community Shield triumphs, the Premier League in 2012–13, the FA Cup in 2016, and the Europa League in 2016–17.
It’s hardly surprising that de Gea was selected as Spain’s first choice goalkeeper, earning 45 caps for the team, given his outstanding trophy collection and the Europa League and UEFA Supercup wins he earned at Atletico.
After leaving United, the seasoned goalie thought about retiring, but the 33-year-old has since suggested that he will soon make his next move public.
De Gea chooses what to do next.
By posting a straightforward hourglass emoji on X last weekend, the prolific goalie gave fans a sneak peek as to who his future team might be.
According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, De Gea is in talks to sign with Serie A team Genoa. The club is reportedly debating whether or not to accept the former United star.
After more than ten years at United, De Gea has received an opportunity to play in the Premier League once again, but the former Red Devil does not want to return to England, according to The Athletic.
