European giants submit huge ‘formal offer’ for Mason Greenwood in major cash boost for Man Utd MONSTER BID SUBMITTED FOR GREENWOOD… šŸ¤Æāœ

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has reportedly made a formal bid of ā‚¬75 million (Ā£62 million) to Olympique de Marseille for forward Mason Greenwood. This offer follows Greenwoodā€™s stellar performances since his transfer from Manchester United to Marseille in July 2024 for a fee of up to ā‚¬31.6 million (Ā£26.6 million). The English striker has been in top form, scoring 14 goals and providing three assists in 22 Ligue 1 appearances, making him a target for some of Europeā€™s elite clubs.

A key factor in this potential transfer is the 50% sell-on clause that Manchester United included in Greenwoodā€™s contract when he moved to Marseille. Under this agreement, the Red Devils are entitled to half of the profit from any future sale of the player. If Marseille agrees to PSGā€™s ā‚¬75 million offer, Manchester United stands to earn approximately ā‚¬37.5 million (Ā£31 million) from the deal.

This financial injection would be valuable for Manchester United, particularly as they work to comply with the Premier Leagueā€™s Profit and Sustainability regulations. The additional funds could provide the club with greater flexibility in the transfer market, allowing them to strengthen their squad strategically.

For PSG, signing Greenwood would bolster their attacking lineup, in line with their ongoing strategy of securing promising young talents in European football. As discussions continue, all involved parties will closely monitor the outcome of this potential high-profile tran

sfer.
