Manchester City play Maker Kevin De Bruyne has agreed personal terms with Saudi Arabian Club and he is set to leave this week

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has offered his thoughts on the alleged deal between Al Ittihad of the Saudi Pro League and Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City. Next summer, the 33-year-old’s contract will expire.

Since moving from the Etihad in the summer of 2015, De Bruyne has been an important member of the first team at the Etihad. Since then, he has made significant contributions to 382 games across all competitions, with 102 goals and 170 assists.

Nonetheless, there have been rumors of interest in his services, particularly from Saudi Arabia, given that his contract expires the following summer. Romano, however, tweeted that Al-Ittihad, who are reportedly close to signing Moussa Diaby, were “playing down news” of De Bruyne’s transfer.

Additionally, according to Romano, the Saudi Pro League team is eager to sign goalkeeper Ederson, but the transaction is not anticipated to be simple.

Pep Guardiola’s team have finished an incredible fourth consecutive Premier League title with yet another brilliant season. They had won the league for the sixth time in seven years, both records in the annals of English football.

However, the holders’ 2-1 loss to Manchester United in the FA Cup final prevented them from making history by becoming the first team to win back-to-back English domestic doubles.
