Premier League English club have sacked their manager this morning after just 15 games at the Club

However, reports indicate they’re hesitant to pursue that course of action, leaving the Portuguese manager deeply dissatisfied with the situation.

United’s co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe had previously committed to giving Amorim a full three-year opportunity to prove his worth and transform the club.

Yet significant doubts are now surfacing within the club’s hierarchy regarding the capabilities of the former Sporting Lisbon boss.

The ‘Red Devils’ appointed the coach with aspirations of reclaiming silverware or at least establishing themselves as genuine title contenders, but those ambitions have remained frustratingly unfulfilled.

Just when they appeared poised to secure a European qualification spot, this weekend’s disappointing 1-1 stalemate against Leeds United knocked them straight back out of contention for those coveted positions.

Transfer expert ‘Fabrizio Romano’ has confirmed that the Portuguese manager was relieved of his duties this morning.

Meanwhile, ‘The Athletic’ reports that Darren Fletcher will assume caretaker responsibilities and guide the team on an interim basis while the club conducts its search for a permanent successor.
