Jose Mourinho is interested in signing these two Chelsea players in January for Roma.

According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato via SportsMole, Roma manager Jose Mourinho is interested in signing Chelsea duo Trevoh Chalobah and Malang Sarr ahead of the January transfer season.

Neither player has appeared for Chelsea this season under Mauricio Pochettino.

Chalobah has been out with a thigh injury for the past few months, but following transfer speculation during the summer, he is expected to leave the club in the near future.

Sarr has not been diagnosed with any injuries, although he has not appeared in a single matchday squad for Chelsea this season.

Chelsea are thought to be willing to selling the pair in January since they have slid down the pecking order at the club since the return of Levi Colwill from his loan spell at Brighton & Hove Albion and the acquisition of Axel Disasi from Monaco.

Mourinho is targeting defensive additions in January after keeping only four clean sheets in their first 12 Serie A matches this season.
