Jarrad Branthwaite to Manchester United is a done deal. The Red Devils have agreed to a £65 million fee to sign the Everton youngster on a 4yrs contract + one year option. This significant move underscores United’s commitment to bolstering their defense with top talent. Manchester united get deal done!✅ This is the biggest now around Manchester the fans are jubilating to this deal💯🙀🙀

Manchester United is gearing up to make a second bid for Jarrad Branthwaite, who has already reached an agreement on personal terms for a transfer to Old Trafford. The Red Devils’ initial offer of £43 million for the English center back was turned down by Everton.

As reported by The Mail, United intends to increase their bid in an effort to convince Everton to part with Branthwaite. Everton values the player at approximately £75 million and, given their financial difficulties, are open to considering significant offers.

According to Football Insider, Everton found United’s initial proposal insufficient for their prized defender. Last year, Manchester City paid £77.6 million for Gvardiol, and Everton believes Branthwaite is worth even more than the Croatian player. Despite their financial woes, Everton has set a steep price of £90 million for the 21-year-old center back and is unwilling to let him go for less.

Should Manchester United agree to the £90 million fee, Branthwaite would become the most expensive defender ever. However, United is hesitant about meeting this valuation and might explore other defensive options if Everton stands firm (ESPN).

What do you think Manchester United’s next offer should be to secure Branthwaite?
