Manchester United Owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has announced VERY SAD news for Erig Ten Hag this morning after Shocking defeat against Fullham yesterday

One Man United player was called “superb” following his first-half performance against Fulham.
Erik ten Hag’s team was “exceptionally fortunate” not to fall behind in the first half of Manchester United’s Premier League match against Fulham thanks to Andre Onana’s heroics.

Manchester United is usually a little afraid of Fulham.

But rather than being thrilling and spine-tingling, the first 45 minutes at Old Trafford felt more like an endless horror film from which the home team was unable to escape. The only thing stopping the bloodshed was Andre Onana’s cunning between the sticks.

Although Onana has received a lot of criticism since moving from Inter Milan to Manchester for £47 million last summer, his recent performances have shown a noticeable improvement.

In terms of pure “shot-stopping,” for sure.

Fulham vs. Manchester United: Andre Onana save
When a dominant Fulham team piled on the chances before referee Michael Oliver kindly blew for half-time, Ten Hag needed the former Ajax glovesman to channel his inner David de Gea circa 2016. Onana once again came to the rescue.

“Andre Onana made yet another outstanding save. After another excellent stop late in the first verse, BBC Sport reporter Simon Stone assessed Manchester United and said, “Manchester United are exceptionally fortunate not to be behind.”

“This game is a stark reminder for Sir Jim Ratcliffe if he was having any doubts about how far his club is from the levels they need to be.”

Ratcliffe is aware of how big the job is.
Ratcliffe, who was officially announced this week as Man United’s new co-owner and chief executive, has not hidden the reality that the Red Devils are now far behind their competitors at the top of the Premier League.

Even though they have had a remarkable string of victories, United hasn’t been that convincing. With Onana doing exceptionally well against Aston Villa in particular, both Luton Town and even the latter might have and arguably should have had a point or even more to show for their efforts in recent weeks.
