VERY SAD Heartbreaking news has been announced as Manchester City appeal REJECTED as English FA slammed Pep Guardiola 115 count charges this morning for an offence in MAN UTD and LIVERPOOL match last season

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has spoken for the first time since the club was charged with over 100 violations of Premier League financial rules.

If the six-time Premier League champions are found guilty of charges relating to financial information, profitability and sustainability, player and manager remuneration, failure to cooperate, and UEFA regulations, they could face a points deduction or even expulsion from the league.

The alleged acts occurred over a nine-year span, with Monday’s accusations the result of a four-year Premier League probe.

Manchester City responded to the alleged breaches by claiming to have a “comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence” and that they “look forward to this matter being put to rest once and for all.”

Manager Pep Guardiola repeated the Blues’ stance on the charges on Friday, speaking to the media ahead of Sunday’s game against Aston Villa.

“My first impression is that we’ve already been condemned. It’s the same with UEFA; we were already condemned. The club demonstrated that we were absolutely innocent. Guardiola remarked, “You know which side I’m on.”

“We’re lucky to live in a country where everyone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. It appears that we have already been sentenced. I am not sure what is going to happen.

“We believe we have strong lawyers, and we intend to defend our stance. What happens next will be determined by time. We’ll see what a judge and the Premier League decide. Similarly to Uefa, we are innocent.”

“In this country, everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.” Uefa’s sentence was not even that. It is now up to both sides’ lawyers to defend their respective positions.

“It will last longer than one, two, or three months. We know what happened at Uefa, and we will see it.”
