Liverpool star has confirmed he will leave Liverpool next summer ❌ We simply can’t afford to lose him now!πŸ’” 😭

As the 2023/24 football season approaches its conclusion in a little over a month, Jurgen Klopp’s tenure as Liverpool manager nears its conclusion, accompanied by potential departures from several squad members.

Among those facing uncertain futures are Adrian, Joel Matip, and Thiago Alcantara, all of whom are set to become free agents this summer. According to a recent report from Football Insider, Thiago’s departure from Liverpool seems inevitable, with the midfielder reportedly instructing his agent to seek out a new club. At 33 years old, Thiago’s persistent injury problems have made it unlikely for him to secure a contract extension at Anfield.

Eager to prolong his playing career and unwilling to retire prematurely, Thiago is actively exploring opportunities elsewhere. Despite his undeniable talent, showcased notably by memorable moments like his stunning long-range goal against Porto in November 2021, his time at Liverpool has been marred by fitness setbacks. Limited to just a five-minute cameo appearance this season, he featured late in a 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in February.

With his high-paying contract set to expire soon and ongoing concerns about his fitness, Liverpool appears unlikely to extend Thiago’s stay. Consequently, he is keen to secure a new chapter in his career post-Anfield.

It’s regrettable to witness the potential departure of such a revered player under these circumstances. Nonetheless, Thiago’s determination and skill warrant optimism for his future endeavors beyond Liverpool.
