Rocks Stamford bridge as Chelsea owner Todd Boehly have appointed this world class manager as Mouricio Pochettino Replacement, Contract until 2025

Following his abrupt departure from Chelsea, Mauricio Pochettino has quickly established himself as the bookies’ favorite to coach Manchester United going forward.

Tuesday evening brought confirmation that, following just one season as the club’s manager, Pochettino has departed Stamford Bridge with mutual consent.

With a youthful and inexperienced team, the former Tottenham manager was handed a challenging assignment while rebuilding Chelsea. However, following a challenging season, it appeared that he was headed in the right path as the team won the final five league games to finish sixth in the premier league.

But following a discussion with the club’s management, the Argentine left and is already vying for other significant positions, indicating that his stock is still rather high.

Erik ten Hag is the manager of Manchester United, but the Dutchman’s job is in jeopardy following a disappointing campaign that saw the Red Devils finish eighth in the Premier League and lose in the group stage of the Champions League.

With the FA Cup final against Manchester City on Saturday, Ten Hag may cap off the season on a good note, but that might not be enough to keep him employed at Old Trafford.

Pochettino is the man bookies choose to take over for the fired Ajax manager. Betfair has him as a 2/1 favorite, but he is not the only candidate in the running.
