Chelsea is Set to Sell Two Star players in other to fund the Buying of Championship player who has more goals than Cole Palmer last Season
Crysencio Summerville of Leeds United is attracting interest from Liverpool and Chelsea, while West Ham, Bournemouth, and Fulham are all interested in the winger.
With Leeds in the Championship, the 22-year-old enjoyed a great season, tallying 20 goals in 46 appearances.
After losing to Southampton in the Play-Off final, the West Yorkshire team almost lost out on promotion to the Premier League. As a result, they will likely have to sell some of its most valuable assets in order to escape an increasingly precarious financial situation.
Leeds won’t have any trouble offloading Summerville during the upcoming transfer window; they’ll just have to hope that the competition for his services will push up the price. Summerville is undoubtedly drawing a lot of interest.
According to The Sun, the Dutch player is worth between £35 and £40 million, but given that Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham, Fulham, and Bournemouth are all fighting for his services, the price may end up going higher.
Regardless of the price he fetches this summer, Leeds will have made a significant profit compared to the £1.3 million they paid for the winger when they acquired him from Feyenoord in 2020.
With manager Daniel Farke poised to continue on despite the weekend’s failure at Wembley, Summerville will be a significant loss for the Elland Road club as they attempt to challenge for promotion again next season.
