According to talkSPORT, Liverpool have come to terms with Dutch international Ryan Gravenberch, but still need to finalize a deal with Bayern Munich to secure his transfer.
The respected news outlet reported that Manchester United have been tracking the 21-year-old, who gained prominence under Erik ten Hag’s leadership at Ajax.
With Gravenberch now set to join Liverpool, it’s believed that Manchester United will move forward with their pursuit of Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina.
The 20-time English champions previously had a loan bid rejected for the Moroccan international, as Fiorentina are seeking a permanent transfer fee.
According to The Telegraph, the Italian club values Amrabat at approximately £30 million. However, due to UEFA’s financial sustainability regulations, Manchester United may struggle to afford a permanent deal.
United had proposed a loan fee of £900,000 for the first half of the season, which Fiorentina declined.
Amrabat first made a name for himself in Europe at Utrecht under Erik ten Hag, who is well aware of the Moroccan star’s capabilities.
Whether the Dutch manager can secure Amrabat’s transfer before the window closes remains to be seen.
