German winger Leroy Sane has recently been linked with a potential move back to the Premier League. The 28-year-old previously made a mark during his successful stint at Manchester City, where he secured multiple major trophies. Now, three Premier League clubs are reportedly showing interest in him.
According to Football Insider, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Newcastle are keeping a close eye on Sane’s situation. With just 10 months left on his current Bayern Munich contract and no renewal in sight, he could become a target for these clubs.
From January onwards, Sane will be eligible to negotiate a pre-contract with foreign clubs, paving the way for a potential free transfer next summer. Securing a player of Sane’s caliber without a transfer fee would be a major acquisition.
All three clubs stand to benefit from his signing. Liverpool, for instance, might need reinforcements on the wings, especially if Mohamed Salah leaves in 2025.
