Coming live from Old Trafford, it’s confirmed that Manchester United have reportedly contacted an “impressive” player who recently scored a hat-trick, with the intention of possibly positioning him as a long-term replacement for Bruno Fernandes as it is more likely that Bruno Fernandes would leave next season. The Red Devils appear to be keeping a close eye on the young player as they evaluate future options for their midfield leadership. We don’t want to lose Bruno now 😳💔 We don’t care if he’s scoring hat tricks every match 😳😳 Bruno is more important than goals 😳🥹

Manchester United is reportedly keeping an eye on Oscar Gloukh as a possible long-term replacement for Bruno Fernandes, as reported by *Fussball News*. While the club had a fairly successful summer transfer window, their on-field performances have been inconsistent. They secured a commanding 7-0 win over Barnsley in the Carabao Cup but followed it with a less-than-convincing victory against Southampton and a heavy defeat to Liverpool.

As Manchester United continues to rebuild under the leadership of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is steering the club away from signing older, high-wage players, their focus has shifted to younger talents like Gloukh. The 20-year-old is making waves at Red Bull Salzburg, where his strong season includes a hat-trick in a 5-1 win against Blau-Weiss Linz in the Austrian Bundesliga.

With Bruno Fernandes approaching 30 and potentially nearing the end of his peak years in top-level European football, United is looking ahead to secure a worthy successor. Gloukh, who was involved in 18 league goals last season, shares similar qualities with Fernandes and could eventually step into his shoes at Old Trafford.

The Israeli midfielder has earned widespread praise for his development, with football scout Jacek Kulig describing him as “impressive” and a “jewel” in Salzburg’s ranks. Should United make a move for Gloukh in 2025, it would signal another forward-looking decision by INEOS and new sporting director Dan Ashworth.
