“I amire him alot when I was in Ajax. I Want to bring him back to the club to help our Midfielders. Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro are out of form. Signing him will be a dream for us”-Erik ten Hag “SHOCKS THE FANS” as his plan to re-sign Paul Pogba back to Manchester United to help the team after CSA makes decision on Paul Pogba drugs ban that will have huge impact on former Man United star’s return to football.

Paul Pogba’s doping ban has been officially shortened by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

The 31-year-old midfielder was originally handed a four-year suspension after testing positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a substance known to boost hormone production, including testosterone. Despite this, Pogba has consistently claimed that he never “intentionally” took any prohibited substances and swiftly appealed the ruling.

After reviewing his appeal, CAS has decided to reduce the ban to 18 months. As reported by Sami Mokbel from the *Daily Mail*, Pogba will be able to resume training in January and might return to competitive play by March.

Though initially sidelined for four years, Pogba has remained under contract with Juventus and could be available for selection by Thiago Motta later in the season. His last match was in September 2023, when he came off the bench in Juventus’ 2-0 win over Empoli.

Pogba was randomly tested following a match against Udinese, where he did not play. Both his A and B samples tested positive for DHEA, with the B sample being confirmed in October. Initially, in December, anti-doping authorities had pushed for a four-year suspension.

Reacting to the suspension, Pogba expressed his disappointment, saying, “I believe this decision is wrong. I am heartbroken that my career has been affected in this way. Once I am legally able to speak more, the full truth will be revealed. I have never knowingly used banned substances, and as a professional, I would never disrespect my peers or fans by cheating.”
