Arne Slot broke down in tears after 4 Key Liverpool Stars who are supposed to be the main man against Fulham match won’t be available due to injuries 😩💔 Advantage Fulham as there’s no way Liverpool is winning without them

Liverpool returns to Premier League action this Saturday with a rare 3pm home game against Fulham. Following the postponement of last weekend’s Merseyside derby at Goodison Park, the Reds might see the return of several key players as they gear up for the title challenge.

Goalkeeper Alisson Becker is expected to play after a solid comeback from a hamstring injury during Liverpool’s 1-0 victory over Girona in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Diogo Jota, sidelined since October due to an upper-body injury sustained against Chelsea, rejoined full training earlier this week and could be part of the matchday squad.

Federico Chiesa is also progressing in his recovery. After training with the first team for two weeks, he featured for 60 minutes in an under-21 match last Wednesday, scoring during a 4-3 loss to FC Nordsjaelland. However, his participation against Fulham remains uncertain as he missed the Girona match due to illness.

Meanwhile, Tyler Morton’s availability is in doubt after picking up a knock, and Liverpool faces the absence of four other players.

Defenders Ibrahima Konate (knee) and Conor Bradley (hamstring) remain in the early stages of recovery from injuries sustained in the Champions League clash with Real Madrid. Kostas Tsimikas, the left-back, continues to recover from an ankle issue that has sidelined him for the last five games.

Additionally, midfielder Alexis Mac Allister is ruled out of the Fulham clash due to a one-match suspension after accumulating five yellow cards in the Premier League. He was also unavailable for the Girona game due to a Champions League suspension for reaching the boo

king limit.
