Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior faces a potential two-year ban from football due to a FIFA investigation. The probe centers on his alleged involvement in acquiring multiple professional football clubs through his company, ALL Agenciamento Esportivo, which may breach FIFA’s Code of Ethics.

Vinicius Junior’s impressive career has seen him win 14 trophies, including two Champions League titles and three La Liga crowns. This season alone, he has scored 21 goals and provided 15 assists in 47 matches. With a contract set to expire in 2027, Real Madrid may need to consider life without him if the ban goes ahead.

The complaint, filed by Brazilian club Tiberis Holding do Brasil, accuses Vinicius Junior of violating FIFA’s rules due to his alleged involvement in the acquisition of professional football clubs. Specifically, the issue revolves around Athletic Club of São João del Rei, where Tiberis held a 16.5% stake and was promoted to Serie B.

If found guilty, Vinicius Junior could face a career-defining suspension, potentially altering Real Madrid’s plans for the future. The club values him at $200 million and will likely seek to extend his contract if the investigation doesn’t impact his career.
