🚨 SHOCKING Ten Hag’s UNBELIEVABLE Orders to Man Utd Stars After FC Porto Draw! 🚨 👀 You won’t believe what Erik Ten Hag made several Manchester United players do *just hours* after the dramatic Europa League clash with FC Porto! 😱💥 Despite a nail-biting equalizer from Harry Maguire in stoppage time, Ten Hag wasn’t satisfied! 😤 Find out which top players, including Antony and Maguire himself, were *forced back onto the pitch* for intense training less than 24 hours later! 😮⚽️ Will this BOLD move pay off against Aston Villa? 👀🔥
Erik ten Hag wasted no time after Manchester United’s Europa League draw with FC Porto, getting the team back to training within 24 hours.
United initially surged ahead at Estadio do Dragao with goals from Marcus Rashford and Rasmus Hojlund, but Porto responded with a goal from Pepe and two from Samu Omorodion. United managed to salvage a point thanks to Harry Maguire’s last-minute equalizer, assisted by a Christian Eriksen corner.
By Friday afternoon, several players were seen training at Estadio do Bessa, including Joshua Zirkzee, Altay Bayindir, Johnny Evans, Victor Lindelof, Tom Heaton, Dan Gore, Harry Maguire, Kobbie Mainoo, Antony, Manuel Ugarte, and Toby Collyer. Of the 11 present, 10 had played in Thursday’s match, with the exception of Mainoo.
Mainoo, who has represented England internationally, is hoping to be fit for Sunday’s game against Aston Villa after sustaining a hamstring injury in last week’s match against Tottenham Hotspur.
In a pre-match press conference, Ten Hag gave an injury update, saying, “We had some concerns before the Porto match regarding Harry Maguire, Alejandro Garnacho, and Kobbie Mainoo. While Harry and Alejandro managed to get some minutes, it was too risky for Mainoo.”
Ten Hag added, “We’ll evaluate Mainoo’s fitness to see if he’s ready for Sunday, whether starting or coming off the bench.”
