Manchester City Striker Erling Haaland could leave Man City to join this club for only €100m

For an incredible €100 million, Erling Haaland can depart Manchester City.

Real Madrid may sign Manchester City star Erling Haaland if they are unable to sign Kylian Mbappé.

According to insiders, the Spanish team would just have to pay half of his Manchester City release clause.

According to the Daily Mail and Spanish publication AS, the Spanish powerhouses only have to pay half of Haaland’s Man City release clause in order to sign him.

The La Liga team is currently pursuing the signing of Kylian Mbappe, who is in the last six months of his PSG contract and can sign a pre-agreement with any club of his choosing.

The Frenchman, however, is reportedly “unimpressed” with Madrid’s attempts to sign him. If Carlo Ancelotti’s team is unable to finalise Mbappe’s signing, they may try to acquire Haaland.

Karim Benzema’s void would be perfectly filled by the prolific Norwegian striker. He paid £51 million to join the Premier League champions from Borussia Dortmund, and in 75 games, he has tallied 71 goals and 14 more assists.

Real Madrid’s attack is currently lead by Joselu, who isn’t at the required level that they need, or Vinicius or Rodrygo, who aren’t natural strikers.

Since leaving the team to play in the Saudi Pro League with Al-Ittihad, Karim Benzema has not yet been replaced by Los Blancos.

Haaland has a release clause that only applies to English Premier League teams, with an estimated worth of €200 (£172) million. He might be signed for roughly half that cost by teams in other leagues.

Haaland would be a steal for the La Liga heavyweights at that cost.
