Even though Chelsea defeated Brighton and Hove Albion in their Carabao Cup match, the loss of another key first-team player isn’t helping the Blues’ cause.
Four London derbies and a match against Man City are among the six Premier League games they have left, so Pochettino really needs all of his top players to be healthy and on point.
Ben Chilwell’s condition is unknown at this time, but the manager was concerned about him immediately following Brighton’s victory.

Pochettino need not be concerned as long as Todd Boehly realizes and comprehends that there are other factors contributing to Chelsea’s current dismal run, one of which is their injury crisis.
The only problem would arise if the American started expecting a rapid reversal without considering the mitigating factors.
Not to be overlooked is the fact that Chelsea under Graham Potter were performing admirably at the time his services were terminated.
