ANOTHER VERY SAD NEWS has been announced this Afternoon as Chelsea Star has flown back to London after getting injured in training for International Duty

Chelsea star Malo Gusto was forced to withdraw from the French U21 team after suffering a knee injury.

A heavy blow for Chelsea when Malo Gusto was forced to withdraw from the France squad due to injury.

The defender came off the bench in Sunday’s 4-4 draw against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

Gusto showed no signs of injury late in the match, helping Chelsea score a spectacular late goal.

The 20-year-old has been first choice at right-back during Reece James’ absence over the past three months.

He’s now serving as James’ understudy again, but with the wing-back’s injury record Gusto must be ready to step in.

But France’s U21s confirmed on Monday that Gusto had been forced to withdraw from their squad with a ligament problem.

James pulled out of England’s squad as a precaution given his recent fitness problems and Chelsea will be hoping Gusto can recover in time for their trip to Newcastle after the international break.
