Fabrizio Romano has stated that Antony Martial will depart Manchester United in 2024, but it is unclear if this would happen in January or June.
Martial’s contract at Manchester United expires at the end of the season, and Romano says there is no possibility it will be renewed.

United would consider moving him in January, but no clubs are now willing to pay both a transfer fee and his salary.
Nonetheless, if a transfer does not occur this month, Bosman will be transferred at the end of the campaign.
“I think he will quit Manchester United. “I don’t see Martial staying at Manchester United after the summer of 2024,” Romano stated.
“So, the plan is to part ways, and United will hunt for a new striker.
“The expectation always, though, is that Martial will leave, and this is something that’s probably needed for both sides.”
Martial became the world’s most expensive teenager when he joined Manchester United in 2015, but despite some promising performances, he has never lived up to expectations.
His recent years at Old Trafford have been a nightmare.
He has only 12 Premier League goals in the last three and a half seasons, and he has only two goals across all competitions in the 2023-24 season.
In 317 games with the club, he has scored 90 goals. This is his ninth season at Manchester United. He barely turned 28 in December.
Martial has won four trophies at United, all of which are considered minor. These include the 2016 FA Cup, 2017 League Cup, 2016 Community Shield, and the 2017 Europa League
